Footbridge Beach is 0.3 miles from our property. There are only 2 roads to the beach in all of Ogunquit – Beach St. in downtown, and Ocean St. right next to us.
Yes, there is parking for all of our 46 rooms. We also have paid beach parking for the day if you are not staying with us and don’t want to pay ridiculous parking fees in town.
Guests can cancel or change their reservation anytime up until 7 days before their stay for a fee of 15% of their deposit.
Guests who cancel or change their reservation within 3-6 days of their upcoming stay will lose 50% of their stay & within 2 days will lose 100%.
